MAY 2017 UPDATE

Sadly, Mass Planner 2 was told to close its doors by Instagram in May 2017, to the dismay of many, including myself. There is one tool that is still running, and that's Instamate 2, which will help you to manage your Instagram accounts.

Why Mass Planner 2 is The Best Social Media Management Software

Despite it being quite daunting to look at inside the dashboard when you're using Mass Planner 2, there are so many powerful benefits for your online business. It grows your social media accounts in terms of followers, finding groups and joining them, posting on autopilot and much more while you get on with some more pressing work.

You can get heaps more traffic to your website, and that's the ultimate goal, I'm sure you'll agree.

How to Post on Facebook Groups with Mass Planner 2

It's very easy to set up your first ever run of posts but be aware that you must make it look more of a human action when using Mass Planner 2 (or any other automated tool, for that matter)

If you post too much and too quickly, then you will be flagged by whatever social media platform you're using. That could be Instagram, Linkedin, Google+, Pinterest, Tumblr, or any other you can think of. Be especially careful with Google Plus because they're stricter than any other social media platform.

I lost my first Google Plus account because I went crazy with Mass Planner 2 in the first 2 or 3 days of using it. Don't be a silly billy, like me. In fact, I recommend you don't even add your Google Plus account into Mass Planner for a couple of months as you learn how to use it.

That being said, don't let it scare you off. Take it slow with Mass Planner 2 and you should have no problems. And if you do encounter problems, learn from them by tweaking your actions.

Now that we've got the serious stuff out of the way, let's get on with the fun stuff. The good stuff that will bring more traffic (on almost autopilot) to your site with just a couple of minutes of effort.

I'm assuming you've got your Facebook account already plugged into Mass Planner and you've already joined a good few groups in your niche. This is done with the group finder tool for Facebook and that will be another video for another day.

Avoiding Facebook Jail When Posting with Mass Planner

Assuming that you've joined those all important groups, here is the quick and simple process I use to set up my Mass Planner 2 to post on 31 Groups (in this example). Because my facebook account is already WARMED UP, meaning that it's an old account and I've been using it with Mass Planner for a long time, I can actually post to over 100 groups per day.

If you're new to Mass Planner and you start off posting to too many places in one day you will be put in what's known as "Facebook Jail"…ha! I've been in Facebook jail at least 15 times over the past year or so.

However, I've learned how to avoid being caught now. The last time I was in Facebook Jail was about 6 months ago, so, you can see how once you learn to use the tool properly you can keep within the limits.

To avoid being put in Facebook jail, simply take it nice and slow with Mass Planner. Don't let it do too many actions too quickly and space out all of the actions. In the video, I show you how to do that with the posting to groups. There are timers that can be set to the frequency of actions carried out. Easy, it really is…

Start Small with Your Social Media Posting Mass Planner Software

I recommend you start small with your social media posting software to avoid being flagged (warned or banned). Start with posting to just 20 groups a day when you're new to Mass Planner and steadily ramp up your actions over time.

Spend a couple of weeks warming up your Facebook account. I've had many a friend complaining of being put in Facebook jail just for posting to 10 groups. I can only assume that they posted too quickly, or, as sometimes can happen, just one person in one group decided to click on the spam option.

Facebook jail can be a sentence of anywhere between 1 day and 7 days. This jail term will prevent you from finding groups, joining groups, posting to groups and commenting in groups. However, it doesn't stop you from using your Facebook account in the regular way that you're used to. Basically, Facebook jail is no big deal...

You can still do all the other things you'd typically use Facebook for, such as chatting with friends, commenting on posts in your timeline, liking and sharing. The only restrictions are the group related actions. You will probably have a few Facebook spankings (as I like to call them), so, just roll with them and learn from each one so you can "tweak" your future behavior.

A Few More Reasons I love Mass Planner 2

I love the flexibility and the power of Mass Planner 2. What it does for me is free up oodles and oodles of time so that I can get on with other important tasks related to my websites and marketing efforts. Social media marketing can be a pain in the rear end when you're trying to handle it all yourself. It's even more of a pain when you're not quite sure how to use each social media network.

Mass Planner 2 makes life a whole lot simpler.

Another tool to help with automating social media is Instamate 2 which is specifically for Instagram. It's a desktop (or laptop) cloud-based application that you run through your Google Chrome browser. It's quite impressive and I've been testing it for a week (at the time of writing). Check out my Instamate 2 review and demo video

What Else Can Mass Planner 2 Handle?

Mass Planner 2 can find groups and pages, join groups and like pages. It can unjoin and unlike pages. You can post to groups and pages. Mass Planner can also follow, unfollow, tweet, mention, pin...and well...anything you can do with Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Pinterest, Linkedin, Tumblr and Instagram, it can do for you on autopilot.

Don't be scared off by all the possible functions. You only have to use what you need to use and you can gradually learn how to leverage all the tools in the arsenal at a later time.

  1. Thank you very much for posting this, I need to find myself something to manage my social media accounts here in the future and this just might be the ticket! Is it free or do you have to pay monthly for it? Or is it just a one time buy maybe?
