What is the number one way to make money online? Well, it's really just a matter of opinion. Being a matter of opinion means different people will tell you different things.
So, I'll give you my opinion. My opinion was developed by my own experiences and struggles to earn cold hard cash on the internet.
I've been down a few rabbit holes in my journey and maybe you have, too. You might have been scammed a few times out of real money.
But sadly, some people never learn how to make money at home the right way.
Some people get scammed over and over again and they never seem to learn how to make money at home the correct ways.
Others, though, discover early on and I consider myself lucky because I've barely ever lost a penny. I'm just too cautious! It was nothing to do with luck.
I just didn't believe any of the hype and clicked away every time I smelt a scam. Eventually, I did find something legitimate.
But that legitimate opportunity does have a couple of drawbacks of its own. I will discuss those with you a little bit further down.

What is the Number One Way to Make Money Online?
Affiliate marketing is the number one way to make money online and I will tell you why I believe that is true. There are things online that claim riches overnight by pressing a couple of buttons.
They promise you a gazillion dollars in a month for no work, all you have to do is give them $97 and you're guaranteed to be rich quick.
Tell me, if it really was as simple as that, why don't they just do it themselves and not tell anyone about it? It doesn't make sense to me.
Why would they need to sell it to you? It's because THAT is where they make money, not from whatever system it is they are selling to you.

If the thing they were selling to you really worked then they would be spending time doing that, not trying to pull your hard earned money out of your hands.

Nope...it is NEVER the true case, EVER. Do not fall for this crap over and over again like so many do. You have to have a mindset when you want to make money online.

The thing about online surveys for money is that it's slow, tedious, and you often get 15 minutes in with a survey and they then tell you you're not qualified.
This is a scam, in my book. I don't bother these days, and I think you'd be better off by skipping the whole idea of online surveys. Besides, they don't pay that much at all.

I tell it like it is. Making money online when you've never made money online before is really hard. Without guidance, it is why 97-98 percent of people give up and let go of the dream.
It is the 2 or 3 percent that continue on doggedly, failing, struggling, getting frustrated but never quitting. Those are the ones who make it to the big time. Failure is a catalyst for success. Remember that!
What Mindset Do You Need to Have?
Remember those little drawbacks I mentioned? Hard work, having patience and determination to not give up half way through your journey are those drawbacks.
The one thing that prevents people making money on the internet is that they quit too soon.
A Mind of Steel is Required
You must make your mind like steel and keep going because the legitimate things that make money online really do require hard work, lots of mistakes and lots of learning new things.
You have to leave your comfort zone. Once you leave that comfort zone you learn that it wasn't so bad after all. You push new boundaries that you never imagined you'd ever push.
